Our Journey Through the Years
The First Wing Is Served
East coast wings opens its doors at 395 Main St, Port Washington. With just six sauce flavors and a 12-seat dining room, the community response is overwhelming from day one.
Expanding the Sauce Library
Following customer demand, we launch our first sauce expansion — growing from 6 to 15 proprietary flavors, including our now-iconic Honey Gold and Smoky Carolina varieties.
Full Menu & Dining Room Expansion
We renovate and expand seating to 60 guests, introduce full menu items including burgers, tenders, and loaded fries. Catering services launch this year too.
Online Ordering & Delivery
We launch our online ordering platform and partner with delivery services, bringing East coast wings to doorsteps across Port Washington and surrounding communities.
Franchise Program Launches
We open our franchise program, inviting passionate food entrepreneurs to bring the East coast wings experience to new neighborhoods across the United States.
